Meditative and visualization practices guided by the Taoist Life Wheel, energetic exercises, Pineal Gland activation, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), subconscious exploration through dreamwork and sleep hygiene.

Retreat Schedule
Arrival at the venue starts at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, November 4, and the retreat officially begins after dinner, served around 7:00 PM.
The retreat ends on *Sunday, November 8* at 2:00 PM.
